Dniester-Motorboat-Tour
Dear guests of our Republic on Dniester river!
We suggest to make a trip to the Pridnestrovian (Transnistrian) semi-island: to the village Goian in Dubasari district, which is situated 80 km from Tiraspol city. The village Goian lies close to the reserve area Iagorlic, which was founded on the basis of the ichthyological sanctuary Goian-Bay to protect plants and species of the Middle Dniester river basin.
The reserve area Iagorlic in the Goian-Bay is unique:180 sorts of plankton, 29 rare fish sorts, 714 vascular plants, 23 sorts of mammals and 86 sorts of birds are living here. The captain of the 8-seat-motorboat Yuriy will take you for a drive through the Goian-Bay. In this area grow endemic plants: Moldavian koeleria and tetraquetrous genista. The surface of the reserve area is 377 hectare earth surface and 270 hectare water surface
We devide our tour in 2 parts: water excursion and culinary experience. Within 1 hour you go through the Goian-Bay on Dniester river, and after the water excursion our host Eleonora will regale you with homemade meal: you try zeama (Moldavian chicken soup) and mamaliga (polenta)

- Transfer from Tiraspol to the village Goian (1 h 20 min.)
- Tour with motorboat „Nora“ (8 seats) in Goian-Bay on Dniester river (1 h)
- Meal in Moldavian style (zeama + mamaliga + homemade juice) (1 h)
- Transfer to Tiraspol (1 h 20 min.)
